Michael P. Goehring is a Houston real estate attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in tax strategy and complex transactions. He earned his accounting degrees from the University of Houston and began his career at Ernst & Young, advising large clients on financial and tax compliance. He later specialized in international tax planning and optimization for a global oil and gas company before earning his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and becoming a licensed Texas attorney. Today, he focuses on Texas real estate law, including transactions, title issues, and litigation, offering clients a unique advantage through his combined legal and tax expertise.
